Founder Farm’s roots originated with Gerber, LLC in 2004. Gerber, LLC is a firm exclusively dedicated to helping first-generation entrepreneurs achieve their life, business and financial goals.
Over the years, founder Randy Gerber realized there was a void in opportunities for entrepreneurs to connect with each other and have support from peers and experts during their most crucial business moments. Randy understood the loneliness of entrepreneurship and the need for a community.
Randy and his team created a proprietary cirriculum called Gerber Foundational that has helped hundreds of entrepreneurs. Gerber Foundational is a playbook designed to help entrepreneurs avoid the common pitfalls, know what to tackle now versus later, and build a business that actually lasts. This core business building information from Gerber Foundational continues to be taught to existing Founder Farm members through various programming and cohort onboarding.
